【How it works】
1. Purchase a portrait
2. Kittyzilla will contact you via email regarding photo references. Please prepare 2-3 photos. Make sure you check your spam folder if it's our first time communicating.
3. Digital Pet Portraits will be delivered to your email via Google Drive in 7-10 days

★Terms and conditions★
- Includes 1 round of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged ¥1500 per round
- No refunds
- Ownership: The intellectual property of the artwork, represented by its copyright, remains with KITTYZILLA STUDIO unless a separate agreement dictates otherwise.
- Personal Usage: Please do share on social media, add it to your phone, and share it with your friends! Images can be used for commercial usage with explicit permission from KITTYZILLA STUDIO.
- Studio Rights: KITTYZILLA STUDIO retains the rights to use the commissioned artwork for my own social media, portfolio, etc.

【仕組み】
ステップ①
ポートレートを購入します。

ステップ②
Kittyzillaから、写真の参考資料に関してメールでご連絡します。 写真を2〜3枚ご用意ください。初めてのやり取りとなる場合は、迷惑メールフォルダもご確認ください。

ステップ③
デジタルペットポートレートは、7〜10日以内にGoogle Drive経由でメールにてお届けします。

★利用規約★
1. 修正について (Revisions)
修正は1回まで 料金に含まれます。

2回目以降の追加修正は、1回につき ¥1,500 を申し受けます。

2. 返金について
制作物の性質上、返金はいたしかねます。

3. 所有権
著作権に代表されるアートワークの知的財産権は、別途契約がない限り、引き続き KITTYZILLA STUDIO に帰属します。

4. 個人利用
完成した画像は、個人的な利用の範囲で、ソーシャルメディアへの投稿、スマートフォンの壁紙設定、ご友人との共有など、ご自由にお楽しみください。

商用利用をご希望の場合は、KITTYZILLA STUDIO からの明確な許可が必要です。

5. スタジオの権利
KITTYZILLA STUDIO は、ご依頼いただいたアートワークを、自身のソーシャルメディアやポートフォリオなどに使用する権利を保持します。
